I was going through my Multiply accounts and I stumbled upon a photo of my former venture in the business world. I was in college then, I all I knew was if I was making more than I was spending; it’s a good deal.
I sold hand painted bags and shoes. It’s really nothing that epic, your regular doodles on random pieces of canvas bags and sneakers.

Needless to say with my mood swings, this wasn’t a long term thing. Plus I had school, who would have the time to juggle school, orgs, hobbies and business all at once? Something had to give. Eventually after the first batch of bags were sold, it was time to close down Monster Doodles.
Now, Mish and I are planning the rebirth of this. It’s going to be something pop artsy that’s for sure. So stay tuned! 2012 is ours for the taking.
