Whenever I feel down, lonely or depressed my ultimate comfort food would be Pizza. FC and I had the exact same hankering the other night during one of our down days. I was inviting him over, but he decided to stay in his shop instead.
We talked about how to make Pizza Dough, ended up looking for a no-yeast recipe online. I found one here. So why not give it a whirl?
It tasted great, I love my pizzas thin with the extra crispy crusts so I’m glad that’s how it turned out.
I used crushed tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper for the tomato sauce. Added a dash of pizza seasoning. I just saw it in my pantry, decided to test it. True enough to it’s name, it definitely gave it a more pizza-ish taste.
Fully loaded pizzas are the best, I topped mine with Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Mushrooms and Olives.
Since the dough was pretty thin, it just took 10 minutes to bake.
Oh and I do apologize for the lack of photos during the dough-making part. It was hard to take photos with all the flour everywhere. Here’s the finished product that didn’t last for more than 10 minutes. My cousin and yaya loved it.
