I Have Awesome Friends

God did bless the broken road that led me straight to these wonderful people I now call family. Despite all the heart breaks and the odd friends I’ve had in the past, I ended up with the best ones I am with today. No matter what, I’ll always love them.

Here’s what I got on my birthday. Thank you so much Helios Loves!

Reese’s is my favorite. I don’t share these chocolate-y goodness with anyone. Like seriously. Mish had to force me into giving her one. I got this bag of Reese’s from Franz.

I named this blue lady bug Jaime. I got him from Kevin. Yes, I love ladybugs and my favorite color is blue.

So, apparently the thing next to the heart is a spoon. It’s made out of polymer clay. I appreciate all the thought and effort Mech put into this gift. I love you Mech!

This, is from my wishlist. Something for the kitchen. Thank you Aia and Nikki for this! And thank you Nikki for wearing it the entire night just so it’ll be ‘soft’.

Bobbit gave me this all the way from Palawan. Apparently he remembered I loved stars, so he got me a starfish key chain.

But wait, there’s more! As a part of the surprise Franz planned he made me watch a series of videos. There was definitely a lot of mixed emotions. Why? I was mad at him, for having an event on the same day as my celebration and for being so busy for the week before. Turns out he’s been planning everything with my other friends.

After watching this 26 minute series, he came out of my kitchen with a bag of Reese’s. Define unexpected? I didn’t know what to do, I ended up crying!

Aia and Jaypee also sent me videos with heart warming messages. Nikki was ruining the moment, he was distracting me!  Thank you so much Babes and Jaypee. I so love you two for the effort.

I got a blog post from Zab, thank you sweetie. We missed you that night. Hope to see you again soon!

FYI, these people live far away so they couldn’t make it to the celebration.

And no, not yet. It doesn’t stop there. My very talented friends put a whole program together! Now I got why Mish kept on asking me what were those songs in my iPod. And all the while I was thinking she was cooking something up for Dreen since we like the same music. 

Here’s Len singing Landslide. Yes, my very talented friends sang to me. Hello effort? I was touched. Really. I mean who comes up with things like this? Who?

These people are the loves of my life. I thank them all for making me feel special and for loving me the way they do.

To FC and Mish, who have been fishing odd random things for the past few days, who have been trying to calm me down after crying my eyes out, I love you both very much. FC, stop bullying Mish. 

To Io, you’re the awesome-est! You fixed my Media Com! I should let you tinker with all my other broken things. LOL.

And to that person who I was reaaaaally mean to for the past week, I’m sorry. How was I supposed to know you had a surprise planned? I really appreciate all the effort. I never expected this especially from you. LOL! Thank you Franz. Despite all the mean things I’ve said, you still pushed through with everything.
